Rates

Weddings

Protestant, Non-denominational and Civil Ceremonies, including prelude (up to 75 minutes)

$450.00 + travel

Full Catholic Mass or other ceremony including prelude (longer than 75 minutes)

$600.00 + travel

Receptions and Other Events

$400.00/hour + travel

Hourly rates include 50 minutes of music and a 10 minute break for each hour booked.

Travel Fees

Within the City of Bangor and its surrounding towns (within 20 miles one way): No Charge

Greater than 20 miles from Bangor: $0.50 per mile

If we must travel to more than one location during the course of your event, from your ceremony to your reception for example, that will not be included as a travel fee. In this case we would be on the clock from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of our services at the reception, travel time included.

Booking

A contract will be sent to you at the time of booking. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required for us to hold your date. You may send payment, in the form of cash or check, when returning the contract if you wish. The balance will be due 30 days before the event. Or you may send the full amount at booking if you wish.

We are available for weddings, receptions and any other events that requre live classical music. We are based in the greater Bangor area and are available across the state of Maine and northern New England.
